Makaronnik z Myasom (Noodles with meat)
 

Ingredients:
9 oz noodles 9 oz meat flesh
1 ea egg 1/2 TSP salt
3 TBSP butter

Grind meat in the mincer, add salt and stir thoroughly.
Boil noodles in salted water(for every 100 g noodles is 2 c water), strain them
Add uncooked egg and salt if needed, stir carefully
Put a half of noodles evenly in the baking pan greased with butter
Put mincemeat evenly and cover with the rest of noodles
Sprinkle with butter and bake in a well heated oven until makaronnik is light brown (20-25 mins).
Serve with sour cream.
