Open-Faced SPAM Burgers

Ingredients:
1 can SPAM 10 oz. Velveeta cheese
¼ C. onion, diced

Grate the Spam and the Velveeta cheese (difficult to do, but it can be done).

Mix all ingredients together by squishing with your hand like you would a meatloaf mixture.

Spread mixture onto hamburger bun halves and broil until tops are bubbly and slightly burnt.
