Pickeld Mangoes
Ingredients:
1 qt. water
½ C. rice vinegar
½ C. salt
3 C. sugar
Cook sauce until sugar dissolves.
Peel mangoes, and cut into big pieces. Soak in hot water 2 to 3 minutes, drain. Fill jar with mango slices; pour sauce over slices. Age at least 24 hours before eating.
