Ingredients:
Mix poi and water; blend well. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Combine eggs, salad oil and vanilla; add to flour mixture. Stir in poi; add walnuts, coconut and raisins. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans; bake for 45 minutes. Makes 2 loaves. |
