For the PDF (which stands for "Portable Document Format) documents, you will need to download and install the Adobe Reader software. This can be obtained by clicking on the following icon :
By clicking on the PDF Link, the documents will be loaded into the Adobe Reader program and can be read or printed (if you want hard copy of the document). They can be read with your Internet browser simply by clicking on the "HTML" link.
