Robyn's Caramel popcorn
 

Ingredients:
2 C. brown sugar 1 C. butter or margarine
1 tsp. salt ½ C. white corn syrup
1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. butter flavoring
6 qts. popped corn

******pop corn using an air popper**** after popcorn in popped, shake out kernels.

Boil sugar, butter, syrup and salt for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; add soda and butter flavoring, stirring well.
Pour over popped corn; stir until coated.
Place on cookie sheets (sprayed with pam).
Bake at 200° for 2 hours. **stir every 15 minutes****
