Ingredients:

2 TBS. butter or margarine	½ (1 lb.) package elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 (12 oz.) can SPAM® Classic, cubed	1 (15 oz. ) can tomato sauce
2 tsp. instant minced onion	1 (11 oz.) can corn with peppers, undrained
½ tsp. chilli powder	1 C. (4 oz.) shredded American Cheese, divided

Heat oven to 350°,

Prepare macaroni according to package directions; drain

In a large skillet, melt butter or margarine. Add SPAM®; cook until lightly browned.

Stir in tomato sauce, corn, onion, and chili powder. Simmer 10 minutes.

Add macaroni and ½ C. cheese; mix well.

Pour into 2 quart casserole. Top with remaining ½ C. cheese.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until hot.

Serves 6.
