Ingredients:
¼ tsp. pepper
|
1 qt. finely shredded cabbage or iceburg lettuce (or a comination of the two)
|
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
|
1 can SPAM®, sliced into matchstick slivers (or coarsely grated)
|
3-4 TBSP. mayonnaise or salad dressing
|
2 TBSP. green onions, minced
|
½ to ¾ tsp. vinegar (if desired)
|
|
Toss all ingredients together.
Serve immediately.
Other veggies, such as thinly sliced cucumbers or coarsely grated carrots may be added.
