Ingredients:

1 (12-oz,) can SPAM® Classic, cubed	2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
2 TBS. Worcestershire sauce	1 C. finely chopped green or red bell pepper
½ C. chopped celery	¼ C. chopped onion
2 TBS. chopped cilantro Crackers, tortilla chips, and vegetables for dipping

In an medium bowl, combine cream cheese, SPAM®, and Worcestershire sauce. Beat on medium speed until smooth.

Stir in bell pepper, celery, onion, and cilantro. Cover and chill one hour.

Serve with crackers, chips, and vegetables for dipping.

Makes 4 cups dip.

To Spice It Up:
Stir in 2 TBS. prepared salsa to dip.
