Ingredients:
Stir-fry pork for 3 minutes, add shrimp, sausage, taro and olives; fry for another 3 minutes. Turn off stove and add onions. Add water to flour and salt gradually to make a smooth batter. Combine the stir-fried ingredients to batter. Pour into and oiled pan and steam for 45 minutes or until done. Test with a toothpick. Garnish with parsley and sesame seeds. |
