Taro Cake
 

Ingredients:
¼ lb. pork ¼ C . dry small shrimps
¾ C. water ½ C. salted black olives
¼ tsp. salt 2 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted
1lb. cooked taro 1 TBS. parsley, chopped
1 ½ C. sifted flour 1 TBS. green onions, diced
2 chinese sausage
Soak shrimp and drain; mince. Dice taro. Slice pork, sausage, and olives, thinly.
Stir-fry pork for 3 minutes, add shrimp, sausage, taro and olives; fry for another 3 minutes.
Turn off stove and add onions. Add water to flour and salt gradually to make a smooth batter.
Combine the stir-fried ingredients to batter. Pour into and oiled pan and steam for 45 minutes or until done.
Test with a toothpick.
Garnish with parsley and sesame seeds.
