Bill Kanahele's Teriyaki Sauce
 

Ingredients:
1 ¾ C. soy sauce 1C. water
¾ C. sugar 4 small cloves garlic peeled & smashed
½ tsp. SukiYaki Furikake ¼ tsp. Aj-no-moto (MSG)
Sliced ginger root
(size=medium egg)
5 lbs. Chicken or large round steaks


Mix all ingredients together.

Put chicken or beef into marinade. Soak overnight for best flavor and tenderness.
