Ingredients:

			1 ¾ C. soy sauce 
		 | 
		
		
			1C. water
		 | 
	
	
		
		| 
			¾ C. sugar
		 | 
		
		
			4 small cloves garlic peeled & smashed
		 | 
	
	
		
		| 
			½ tsp. SukiYaki Furikake
		 | 
		
		
			¼ tsp. Aj-no-moto (MSG)
		 | 
	
	
		
		
			Sliced ginger root   (size=medium egg)
		 | 
		
		
			5 lbs. Chicken or large round steaks
		 | 
	
Mix all ingredients together.
Put chicken or beef into marinade.  Soak overnight for best flavor and tenderness.
