Baked Chicken and Potatoes
 

Ingredients:
1 chicken - cut into pieces ¼ C. lemon juice
1 large onion - sliced 2 large potatoes - sliced thick (3/8 inch)
Salt and pepper to taste.

Pierce chicken with sharp knife. Bathe with lemon juice. Place potatoes in bottom of greased baking disk. Salt and pepper.
Cove with onion slices, then with chicken pieces, (skin side up).

Cover and bake at 400° until done (about 45 miutes).
