Ingredients:
Sift together flour and baking soda. Blend margarine and sugar; add guava pulp and egg. Mix in cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and cloves. Add raisins, walnuts, and coconut. Mix well. Add flour mixture and mix thoroughly. Spread in a greased 8x12x2 inch baking pan. Topping:
Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over top of batter. Press down lightly. Bake at 350° 35-40 minutes or until done. Cool; cut into squaes. Makes 2 dozen bars. |
