Ingredients:
Preheat oven to 350° Grease and flour a 9x5x3 inch pan. Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients. Combine sour cream and undiluted guava juice. Add alternately with dry ingredients to the creamed mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour. Makes 1 loaf. |
