Ingredients:
Brown ground beef and pork in garlic, drain oil. Add vegetables. Mix shoyu with cornstarch until thick; add to mixture. Place thin line of mixture on wrapper. Follow direction on package to fold wrappers. Beat egg white with 1 TBS cornstarch to form paste. Use paste to seal wrappers. May freeze lumpia. When ready to use, fry until golden brown.
