Mango Bread
Ingredients:
2 C. flour
½ C. melted butter
½ tsp. salt
1 ¾ C mangoes, finely chopped
¼ C. oil
¼ C. nuts chopped
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
1 C. raisins
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 C. sugar
Sift dry ingredients together into a large bowl.
Make a well and place all other ingredients into well; mix.
Pour into a greased 9x5 loaf pan and let stand for 20 minutes. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to an hour.
