Ingredients:
Mix a little cream and a few finely chopped nuts to cream cheese. Fill centers of pear halves with cream cheese and fasten halves together with toothpicks. (Extra pretty if top pear half lightly tinted with red food coloring or beet juice) Dressing: Beat together oil, salt, sugar, paprika and then add finely chopped nuts. Pour over pears. Serve cold |
