Taco Salad
 

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef 1 can (sm) beans
1 can (sm) tomato (paste or stewed) 2 tsp. chili powder
dash Tobasco sauce ¼ C. onions, chopped
½ head lettuce, shredded 1 large tomato, chopped
1 C. shredded cheese corn chips
sour cream or cream salad dressing as topping

Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain off fat. Stir in beans, tomato sauce, chili powder, and tobasco sauce. Simmer for a few minuutes. Layer corn chips, meat mixture, onions lettuce, green pepper, and top with cheese and sour cream or cream salad dressing. You can alternately mix all together in large bowl and serve from there.
