Ingredients:
3 C. COOKED WACKY MAC (see cooking instructions below)

1 C. chopped green pepper

1 C. chopped red bell pepper
|
1 C. chopped yellow bell pepper
|
¼ C. chopped red onion
|
¼ C. chopped scallions
|
¾ C. ranch dressing
|

In a large bowl, combine cooked WACKY MAC , green pepper, red pepper, yellow pepper, onions, and scallions: toss gently to mix.
Pour ranch dressing over pasta mixture: toss gently to coat.
Serve chilled, (Add tuna or chicken for a main dish salad).
Cooking instructions for WACKY MAC:
- Bring 6 - 8 quarts of water to a boil. Add salt if desired.
- Gradually add WACKY MAC so that the water does not stop boiling.
- Boil for 10 - 12 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally.
(DO NOT OVERCOOK)
- Drain thoroughly.
